§ Contact
Tell us about
the project.
Short, weird, ambitious — all welcome. If we’re a fit, we’ll send a proposal within the week. If we’re not, we will say so quickly and point you somewhere better.
§ What to include
The five things that help us reply faster.
You don’t need a brief. A few sentences in plain language are enough. If you can hit these, even better.
- 01
The problem
What is broken, slow, or held together with spreadsheets right now.
- 02
Who it’s for
The team or workflow that’s feeling the pain.
- 03
What you’ve tried
Tools you already pay for, internal builds, vendors that didn’t stick.
- 04
Timing
Need it next quarter? Exploring for next year? Both are fine — just say.
- 05
Budget shape
A range or ceiling. Saves both of us a discovery call to find out we’re mismatched.
§ What happens next
From submit to signed.
- Within two business days, you get a real reply from a human. Not a calendar link, not a templated reply. If we’re obviously not a fit, we say so.
- If it looks like a fit, we book a 30-minute scoping call. Bring whoever should be in the room. We come ready with questions, not slides.
- Within a week of that call, you get a written proposal — scope, milestones, fixed price or capped time-and-materials, and exactly what we will hand off.
- If we sign, kickoff is usually two to three weeks out. You get one main contact, weekly check-ins, and a Loom whenever we cross a milestone.
